Who processes your data

The data we collect

This website collects data through the form on the “Book your free analysis” page: your first and last name, the name of your business, your phone number, your email address, the subject of your request, the task you describe, the time you spend on it each week, your consent and the date of submission.

The booking page also displays a calendar provided by Calendly. If you book a time slot there, Calendly receives your name, your email address, your phone number, the task you describe and the chosen time slot.

Why, and on what basis

We use this data for one thing only: to call you back, schedule the free analysis and follow up on it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for any other prospecting.

Who has access to it, and where it is stored

The form data is read by Vertex Systems Consulting LLC only. It is stored by our hosting provider, Lovable (Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Stockholm, Sweden), in this website's data space. Lovable states that it processes data in several countries, including the United States, and that it governs these transfers by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The booking data is processed by Calendly, LLC (Buford, Georgia, United States), which passes it on to us so that the meeting can take place. Calendly states that it governs these transfers by the data protection framework between the European Union and the United States and by the standard contractual clauses.

Vertex Systems Consulting LLC is established in the United States: your data is therefore accessed there, from outside the European Union.

For how long

Three years after our last exchange, as recommended by the CNIL for commercial contacts. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected, have it erased, object to its use, and request its restriction or portability. Write to contact@vertexsystemsconsulting.com. If you consider that your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and third-party services

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Lovable, measures the website's traffic: number of visits, pages viewed, country, type of device and referring site. It also sets technical cookies, which are necessary for the operation and security of the website.

The fonts are loaded from Google's servers (Google Fonts): your browser then sends your IP address to Google in order to display them.

The calendar on the booking page is provided by Calendly. It loads only when that page is opened. Calendly may then set its own cookies and lets you manage them in its banner.
